ok, so like I said - "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" has been stuck in my head for two days.
I made a desperate post about writer's block.
What ended up happening was I had a "eureka!" moment and used a line from that song to start my paper.
"Turn you back on mother nature/everybody wants to rule the world."
What better way to start a discussion about privilege, oppression, sprinkled with a dash of ecofeminism?
Somebody loves me.
