transomwhiplassOh, my - today was just gorgeous. I spent the day strolling around in my Birkenstock's soaking up the freak-amazing weather.
Thursdays I typically have Italian, Women's & Gender Studies, & Folklore & US Pop Culture.
Maya wanted to grab some "lunch" (it was like, 10:57) after Italian so we quickly grabbed a meal at the cafeteria before I hurried off to my bench, which is across campus by the education building, so I could jot out my daily quote & discussion question for WGS. Anyway, so sitting there - Anthony popped up and told me we didn't have class because our instructor, Hava, was sick. Sad because we had some extremely interesting reading that I wanted to learn more about but happily coincidental with the fantastic weather. So Anthony & I kind of bummed for like an hour and half outside and that was pretty cool. He has a really good name for our 4-square team, haha - I love bad puns. I won't divulge it until it's totally official. We might make t-shirts! Anyway, so that was really cool and fun quality time spent with my Big.
I had FUSP which was great as always and then I went to an interest session about studying in Perugia this summer. I really want to, but I don't know if I can/will.
Anyway, I'm in the best mood ever but Maya & Elizabeth are going home for a long weekend (Elizabeth is leaving right now) so I'm totally without anything interesting to do. Wait, that's a lie.. I'm totally going to the food bank tomorrow! Kick Ass! I *heart* the food bank, I hope we get over there more this term.
Lala, tonight we are having the APO pledge ceremony. Yay for new people.. I'm psyched and I have non-jeans pants now!
My foot kind of hurts because I think I had gravel in my shoe all day.. ow, but totally worth it.
