blah.. update time..

soooooooo laptop training!! BOY OH BOY.... well.. it was stupid.. but I have the latest inside peek at the new laptops.... booooooy....... ok the new laptops look a lot cooler.. the screens are nice, wider that juniors.. like sophomores.... the cd player/writer is on the side.. it also plays DVDs.. but you have to buy extra software for that.. a driver.. sooooo its sad that we don't have it.. but they don't really have it either... the network card is attached on top with what looks like just a spiffy silver decoration.. it doesn't stick off sideways.. but it would break if you dropped it.. so good.. but not so good.... thats pretty much the whole thing about the new laptops.... they have a lot of awesome, envy-causing features... but the fact is.. they remain just as breakable (maybe more so in some places) just as heavy (seriously! maybe more) and will have probably just as many glitches.... the new laptops have XP.... THEY SUCK.. but XP gets a lot of bugs.. soooo hee hee.... its faster... but I don't know how many gigs they have.... OH.. the freshman don't have A: drives... AHAHA.. no disks.... however.. their burner will do erasable disks... GOD..... I don't know....but CD burning isn't as fast (usually) or sometimes as succesful as floppies... it depends.. sometimes it takes me several tries to do a CD... i always "underun the buffers"..blargh.. so it was wierd.. the cases are well.. nicer.... they got freebies and stuff.. well. Compaq gave a lot of freebies.. but not enough of all.. so there were two keychains: a little mouse-shaped one w/ a roller ball.. and a little calculator... oh... and an XXXXL tee-shirt... it was hilarious....3 fish or maybe 5 petit fish could fit in one.... LOL..... anyway..... the laptops will have problems and thats my only consolation.... soo la dee da..... I have to get back to switching rooms with Anthony... we switched most of the furniture yesterday..... oh has it been a long day....
