Isn't it ironic..

My morning:

Woke up at 6:30, mom wanted me to practice driving to school.. going from home, to her work, to school.. bad sign .. I WANT A CAR!! ;_:.. anyway.. so we did that.. it was good then we went to Le Peep! Which was also very good.... uhm.. so I did a lot of driving. My dad called when I was on the freeway to tell us we needed watermelon ice and dog food so we decided to go to Sams... this is where the excitement began.. note, it was 9 when we got there... it opens at 10 .. anyway.. the parking lot was empty except for several employee cars so I got the perfect spot and.. also.. did the perfect park job.. I jokingly said to my mom, "the car isn't going to want to leave the spot" so we got out of the car and I noticed a really dull hiss.. like air coming out of the tires.. I asked my mom and she said that it was just the air conditioner de-pressurizing and that our car was going to make "a wet one" .. LOL.. so anyway.. we walked to the door and I could still hear it.. as dull as before even though I was far away (was it getting louder?, I thought) thats when we found out it was CLOSED.. so we just decided to go to Randalls.. so we got back in the car and I put in the key and.. NOTHING.. it didn't struggle.. or spurt.. there was just NOTHING... so we called my dad and started poking at the engine.. we couldn't even find the battery.. many minutes later dad showed up and we tried to jump it to no success.. we were going to leave and call for professionals when the car ran so out of battery, we couldn't shut the window, auto-lock the doors.. and worse.. the hood got stuck closed, but not all the way.. so my dad pulled and pulled.. till this guy waiting to get into Sams came over and un-stuck it... 3 cheers for good samaritans.. so my dad popped it and jumped just enough to close the windows.. now it was time for Sams to open.. as it happened.. we were on the Tire/Battery side.. so while we shopped we got a new battery.. so now I am home its 11:30.. I should be frikken sleeping.. annnnnyway.. my parents went to our gas station place because the man said it might be our alternator.. anyway! I am uber hopeful my dad will look at the Bronco while he is there! Because they will be there a while! Who knows.. maybe this is god's sending.. o.o;;.. I HOPE..

Update: Layout..

Ok.. so I slept off my piss-offity.. and that "adventure" gave me time to cool down.. I decided I am not going to try and please everyone but I am going to appease highest amount of people as possible.. the page has been sized down to fit a 1024x768 screen.. I had to shrink the whole thing.. then re-cut it.. and go back and fix some text so it didn't look messy.. OH.. and I had to re-do the end credits box because it wouldn't fit.. but overall.. its ok.. I I came to decide on the resolution because besides my resolution 1152x864 that was the largest percentage (ha ha.. I visit it more than other people) but second was 1024x768.. I feel bad because a good 14% use 800x600.. but majority rules.. its not terrible.. it will STILL work.. it just won't look as nice.. it will be tall and you will have to use the scrollbar.. HEY.. I'm not thrilled either.. its too small in my window x.x so on the splash page, I'm going to put "Optimized for 1024 x 768" and "Click Here" for why.. but anyway.. so now I get to code it.. I am going to try all these things.. cursors that make the stars come out.. fading links.. those little messages in the bottom, left of your screen.. maybe some hover pictures.. basically: Javascript out the wazoo.. this is basically because since this is a layout celebrating the domain and all the potential for it.. I can now upload scripts to DO all these things.. so it is going to have the works... anyway.. I have to go back to work.. ^_^ maybe more later.. if anyone cares but me! :D
